Paddy, the mischievious leprechaun, and his best friend Jake, the parrot, live in Fairyland. Jake wants Paddy to join him as a Moonbeam Rider who is able to slide down moonbeams into earth children's dreams to help them with their problems. But Paddy soon discovers there are some conditions to be met and it will be more difficult than he thought. Jake says being a Moonbeam Rider is lots of fun, but the Fairy Queen tells Paddy he must first improve his math marks and stop being a mischevious leprechaun. He thinks these are very unfair demands. Will he decide to visit Michael and Courtney and help them with their problem?
